    Believe in Your-Self!!!

    Believe in yourself. It’s one of the most important things you can do as a person, and it will help you immensely in your career. Believe that you can do anything- believe that if there is something on your mind or heart that needs to be done, then go for it. Don’t let fear stop you from achieving what you want out of life; instead, take risks and keep going when they present themselves!

    Practice Self-Love

    If you believe in yourself, then others will too. Whether it be your boss or your friends and family- if you don’t love who you are, how can they? When people lack self-confidence, this leads to all sorts of problems with their lives: from taking on challenges that maybe they should avoid because the risks outweigh the benefits; to not doing their best at a certain task because they’re too afraid of failure.

    It’s about time that we start to believe in ourselves and find the courage, strength and self-love needed to push past what holds us back! It starts with you! Believe in yourself today so that tomorrow can be even better than before. I know it sounds cliché, but there is truth behind every word uttered from this sentence: “You are meant for great things.” So don’t stop trying until something sticks or you see just how close you were all along! You got this!!

    Self Care is important for everyone, not just people who suffer from mental health issues. Self-care can be anything that helps you take care of yourself: talking to a therapist when you’re feeling low or practicing self-compassion by taking some time out in nature and listening to your own thoughts without judgment.

    It’s also important to do something completely different than usual, like seeing a movie with a friend or trying new foods even if it makes our stomachs turn! It all comes down to making sure we have enough room inside ourselves, so we don’t feel too overwhelmed by the world around us. And sometimes it takes work – but what doesn’t? We owe ourselves kindness and understanding because we deserve it!

    Self – Love

    Self Love is not selfishness! Self-care and self-love are two different things. Self-care shows that we care for ourselves by improving our mental health, whereas self-love means we love ourselves unconditionally the way God loves us. It’s important to have both because it can be hard on others when someone they know has a mental illness but doesn’t take any time out for themselves.

    It might feel contradictory at the beginning of your journey into self-acceptance and loving yourself unconditionally, but give it some time – you’ll get there with practice! The more you focus inwardly instead of outwardly (on satisfying other people), the better off you will be because, ultimately, your happiness should come first.

    It is a great way to better your mental health. When you put yourself first and take care of yourself, it will be easier for the people around us to do the same because they won’t feel so much responsibility on their shoulders! Taking care of ourselves doesn’t just help others – it can also make our own lives more fulfilling because we are not trying as hard in other areas that do not matter anymore (like school or work). I know from experience that we all have our ups and downs when practicing any skill, but being able to reflect on what went wrong (or right) builds character and resilience. Some people might say that having a “growth” mind set takes away fear altogether…because why would someone who believes they can develop their skills with practice be scared of anything?

    This is the time to believe in yourself and know that you have what it takes- even if you’re not sure where or how yet! Practice self love, take risks, keep going when they present themselves.
